As an administrator or department chair, you may need to view past evaluations for faculty in your unit — even if you were not the reviewer at the time. Because the Faculty Evaluations tab in the left navigation only displays your own evaluations (those you completed, are managing, or are assigned to), it is not the best place to access historical reviews for the faculty you support.
To view all past evaluations for a faculty member, you’ll use their Administrative Profile.
Accessing a Faculty Member’s Past Evaluations
1. Navigate to the Faculty Member’s Profile
From your Dashboard or Directory, search for and open the profile of the faculty member whose past evaluations you want to view.
2. Open the Administrative Profile
In the top-right corner of the profile, click Administrative Profile (visible only to admins and department chairs).
3. Select “Faculty Evaluations”
Within the Administrative Profile, choose the Faculty Evaluations tab.
Here you will see:
All current and past evaluation cycles
Evaluations the faculty member submitted
Chair/Reviewer assessments (if applicable)
Any completed workflow steps from prior years
This page provides the full evaluation history for that faculty member — regardless of who managed or reviewed the workflow at the time.
Viewing or Downloading Past Evaluation Materials
Select a specific evaluation from the list.
Click View Details.
Open the Documents tab to view all available files from that workflow.
Choose Download Step Materials or Download All Materials to access PDFs of submitted forms or reviewer assessments.
Can I edit past evaluations?
No. Once an evaluation’s due date has passed, all forms and review steps become read-only.
